Our opportunity
As a Solution Analyst, Employee, you will enhance Mirvac’s employee-facing platform capabilities. With a focus on employee engagement and outcomes, you will act as a bridge between the business and Digital teams to create value for both the organisation and its employees. Working collaboratively, you will help design digital employee experiences and support the deployment and management of employee platforms.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partners with Digital teams and business stakeholders to enable seamless teamwork, deliver effective solutions, and drive business value, with a strong focus on enhancing the Digital employee experience
- Analyse, document and translate business requirements and processes into clear functional specifications to support solution development and delivery
- Identify and recommend opportunities where Microsoft 365 platforms can be used to streamline business processes and employee experience
- Provide user support and training to empower employees to efficiently utilise Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, with an emphasis on SharePoint Online and MS Teams, for document collaboration and content management
- Design and configure SharePoint sites and permissions to optimise usability and meet business objectives
- Support other collaboration platforms and technologies, beyond Microsoft 365, as relevant to Employee Platform team
- Produce productivity reports to provide insights that enhance business usability and decision-making
- Contributes to the formation of the Employee Platform roadmap
- Engage proactively in sprint planning sessions to help define priorities, clarify requirements, and ensure achievable sprint goals
- Active participation in user story refinement to sufficiently shape story outcomes and size
- Participate in sprint reviews to demonstrate completed work and progress
- Proactively voice blockers and barriers to progress or completion of user stories
- Engage in sprint retrospectives to identify improvements and boost team velocity
Your point of difference
You’re an experienced IT professional with 3+ years of expertise in digital roles, specialising in Microsoft 365 platforms, particularly SharePoint Online.
You possess a proven track record in stakeholder management, and you hold relevant tertiary qualifications.
As experienced professional, you have demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and effectively collaborate with development teams to deliver successful solutions
Plus, to be successful in the role, you’ll have:
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to solve problems, improve system and procedural efficiency and effectiveness, and resolve issues as they arise
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and adapt to change, with a proactive approach to learning and contributing innovative solutions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Real estate industry experience (preferred but not essential)
