As our FP&A Senior Specialist, you’ll lead financial planning, performance management, and strategic support for a group of countries by delivering strong business insights, driving operational excellence across key financial metrics, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Acting as a pivotal business partner, you will guide commercial decisions, enable long-term growth, and ensure compliance—while championing financial rigor, analytics, and process improvements to optimize business performance and value creation across the region.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning processes.
- Delivering performance insights across all KPIs (Volume, Net Sales & Operating Profit, Cash & Working Capital).
- Partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Logistics to drive profitability and commercial success.
- Supporting business cases, pricing strategies, and innovation initiatives.
- Preparing management reports, dashboards, and monthly performance packs for leadership.
- Driving process improvements, automation, and best-in-class financial reporting.
What you need to succeed in this role:
- 5+ years of FP&A experience, ideally within FMCG companies.
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar.
- Strong skills in financial modeling and Excel.
- Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, etc.) and knowledge of financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience in financial business partnering, with a track record of driving results.
- Strategic mindset and strong communication skills.
- English proficiency.
