Summary: The RX Training Specialist is responsible for successfully developing, documenting, and administering engaging learning experiences for new hires, new processes, and new technologies in both our local and global Recipient Experience Teams. O.C. Tanner Recipient Experience Team members provide inbound support to the employees of our client base.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive training and learning culture within the Recipient Experience (RX) team by utilizing adult learning principles and practices.
- Develop, document, and administer initial onboarding training for all new Recipient Experience team members.
- Support international team members' Recipient Experience training needs.
- Openly communicate and partner with CS & RX leadership regarding individual team member competency, successes, challenges, and concerns.
- Partner with internal team members and SMEs to develop, document, deliver, and coordinate standard training plans and curriculum for Client Reps which may include 30-, 60-, or 90-day learning and development plans.
- Develop and document proof of proficiency and certification for appropriate tasks/functions.
- Show commitment to our values by recognizing and celebrating great work among peers.
- Partner with Process Owners and RX Leaders to identify training gaps and needs, develop plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate closely with the department's Learning & Development (L&D) team to stay informed on current company training initiatives and evolving industry's best practices.
- Oversee, coordinate, and facilitate ongoing Recipient Experience training and assessments as needed.
- Develop and maintain Workday learning content, training documentation and lesson plans.
- Administer and manage training curriculum via Workday, Knowledge Base, Confluence, and other technologies as appropriate. Become an SME for these technologies.
- Assist with the content development and training of new technology releases, enhancements, tools, skills, etc.
- Participate in department training priority meetings, determine training schedules, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Develop and implement innovative ways to deliver effective training with a focus on speed to job-readiness for new hires, and minimal downtime for in-service training.
