Your role
We’re looking for an Investment Banker to:
Assist across major workstreams of M&A, debt and equity transactions including diligence, the development of financial analyses, and all client deliverables
Conduct financial analysis, develop financial models, prepare presentations, and author confidential information memorandums as well as other reports
Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide clients with seamless transaction execution
Support the full Unified Global Banking (UGB) Coverage team in originating cross-divisional business opportunities
Review, diligence, and process of referrals into our Investment Bank from Wealth Management Americas

Your team
Unified Global Banking (UGB) originates and executes new business opportunities between UBS Global Wealth Management and Global Banking. Our team covers financial advisors and their client relationships across the region to source, evaluate and execute Investment Banking opportunities from Wealth Management relationships, driving increased Firm revenue through M&A Advisory, Equity & Debt capital raising and other Corporate Finance transactions. We also actively cover Global Banking, representing the full suite of Wealth Management capabilities to capture new Wealth Management assets/liquidity from IB relationships.
Your expertise
an undergraduate degree with a concentration in Finance and/or Economics
1-2 years of Investment Banking experience
An active Series 79 license or able to pass the SIE & 79 upon hire
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Ability to display working knowledge of Investment Banking terms, concepts, tools, strategies and analysis
You are
A self-starter and motivated to expand knowledge of how an integrated financial services firm works
Proficient at managing and cultivating important client relationships
Able to develop creative solutions to meet client needs and identify cross-product opportunities
Comfortable reading and interpreting financial statements
A collaborative member of a cross-functional and global team
1-2 years of Investment Banking experience

The base rate of pay offered for this role is $110,000
