Job Title: Security Officer
Location: Monticello, NY
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Security Officer to provide safety and support for a retail environment in Monticello. The role requires a strong security background, reliability, and the ability to remain standing for long periods of time.

Schedule:

  • Sundays: 11:30AM – 11:30PM

  • Mondays: 11:30AM – 11:30PM

  • Tuesdays: 11:30AM – 11:30PM

  • Wednesdays: 11:30AM – 5:30PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a visible security presence throughout the site

  • Monitor entrances, exits, and floor activity to deter theft and disturbances

  • Respond to incidents promptly and appropriately

  • Support staff and customers in a professional and respectful manner

  • Prepare detailed incident reports

Requirements:

  • Prior security experience required

  • Must live locally in the Monticello area

  • Ability to stand for the full duration of assigned shifts

  • Strong communication and observation skills

  • Professional demeanor and reliability
