What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate front-end loader to load materials into trucks and move product within the yard

• Maintain safe and efficient operation of equipment and follow company safety protocols

• Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and drivers to ensure timely loading and delivery

• Assist with general yard duties including cleanup and material organization

What Are We Looking For:

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment

• Strong awareness of safety procedures and hazard recognition

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Clear communication skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed

Conditions of Employment:

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment: 

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
