Shipping & Receiving, Warehouse, Will Call  Associate 

Position Summary:

• Receive all items into stock, matching items received to the count and cost of the vender invoice.  Process all paperwork daily.  Process required claims paperwork on all shortages and overages. Pack and ship all outgoing freight for department as needed. Will Call responsibilities. 

Position Highlights:

• Complete assignments to ensure all orders are processed, shipped, and received in a timely manner each day.
• Input incoming parts shipments into computer system.
• Stock and maintain the showroom floor with Parts & Accessories
• Receive delivery of incoming (delivered) packages from FedEx, UPS, etc. and freight shipments.
• Note discrepancies and issues on delivery receipt upon inspection of goods.
• Prepare and process outgoing daily shipments for FedEx, UPS, etc.
• Process all outgoing freight shipments, including boxing up, securing on pallet (if needed), preparing documents and scheduling pick-up with freight company(s).
• Will Call – parts to service billing.
• Pull parts orders for departments.
• Cycle Counts and Inventory Control processing. 
• Complete required paperwork.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management or supervisors. 

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or shipping and receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Position requires meticulous attention to detail.
• Must have the ability to:
  1. Follow instructions.
  2. Be organized.
  3. Consistently provide the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
  4. Communicate effectively with others verbally and in written form. 
  5. Maintain a clean, safe, and secure working environment.
  6. Work a flexible schedule; including weekends and holidays as needed.
  7. Lift, carry, push, pull, and move items weighing 50 lbs.
  8. Stand, walk and sit for long and intermittent periods.
• Applicants should be reliable with a good work attendance history.

Working Conditions:

• Is potentially exposed to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning materials or other toxic materials commonly found in a motor vehicle service department.
• Occasionally, exposed to exhaust fumes or other airborne particles.
