Are you a people person who enjoys working outdoors and providing excellent customer service? Do you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy keeping things organized? If so, we want YOU to join our team as a Parking Attendant at our Fannin location in Houston!
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and takes pride in maintaining a safe and efficient parking facility.
-Assist customers in using exit kiosks to pay for parking-Direct visitors to available parking spots when needed
-Issue warnings or call for towing if vehicles are parked illegally
-Maintain cleanliness by picking up debris in the parking lot
-Use hand signals or lights to direct traffic flow
-Check vehicles for damage and report concerns
-Greet customers and assist them in finding their vehicles
-Mediate minor parking disputes professionally
-Help jump-start vehicles or arrange for tow trucks if needed
-Provide directions and answer general questions about parking fees and facility policies
-Patrol the parking area to prevent theft or vandalism
-Assist in maintaining and reporting issues with parking kiosks and barriers
-Handle other duties as assigned to keep the parking area safe and organized

No prior experience? No problem! If you’ve worked in customer service, security, valet, or even retail, you likely have the skills we’re looking for

-Security Guards & Event Staff – Experience in monitoring areas and handling conflicts
-Valet & Delivery Drivers – Used to managing parking and traffic flow

-Call Center Representatives – Excellent communication and de-escalation skills
SCHEDULE:
- Monday thru Friday 9am-6pm, occasional weekends and evenings
