Overview:

Delaware North Gaming is hiring an Acquisition Manager to support the Director of Acquisition Marketing by assisting in the planning, coordination and execution of customer acquisition campaigns across various marketing channels. This hybrid role involves managing day-to-day marketing tasks, overseeing the execution of digital and offline acquisition strategies, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring smooth collaboration between internal and external teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition across digital and offline channels (e.g. PPC, social media, affiliate marketing, email campaigns and partnerships).
  • Manage campaign timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on time, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Support in the creation and delivery of creative assets for campaigns, ensuring alignment with acquisition objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external agencies, ensuring smooth communication and coordination to mee campaign objectives.
  • Support tracking of customer acquisition budget, ensuring that spend is aligned with the plan and campaign performance is monitored.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports to track campaign effectiveness, including KPI & ROI analysis.
  • Monitor the performance of ongoing acquisition campaigns
  • Assist in A/B testing and optimization efforts to improve campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on customer acquisition trends, competitor strategies and emerging channels.
  • Help identify new acquisition opportunities or areas where campaigns could be optimized.
  • Work closely with retail casino property teams to understand customer base and help coordinate omnichannel conversion campaigns and strategies.
  • Assist in preparation and organization of marketing materials, presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed records of acquisition campaigns, budgets and performance data for future reference and analysis.
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years experience in marketing, preferably in customer acquisition, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles.
  • Experience in the online gaming, sports betting or entertainment industry.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliate networks as well as analytic tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, etc.
  • Detail oriented with strong data analysis skills, able to track and report on campaign performance.
