We are currently looking for a compassionate, organized, and team-oriented individual to fill the role of Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) position for the Antioch/Brentwood and surrounding area.

Responsibilities:
- The occupational Therapist will provide services within the scope of occupational therapy, following the plan of care individualized for the patient, and coordinating with the Interdisciplinary Team
 - The Occupational Therapist will follow the plan of care; provide treatment; evaluate the patient's reaction to treatment and report any changes in his/her condition to the Physician, Case Manager, and/or Director of Nursing
 - Maintain appropriate clinical records and/or notes and submit the records with organization policy.
 - Be responsible for following all company policies and procedures
 
Pay Rate: $65-$75 per hour DOE

Requirements
- Current OT License to practice in California - Required
 - Home Health: 1 year - Preferred
 - Current CA Driver's License
 - Posses Excellent Organizational Skills
 - Coverage area Richmond and surrounding area
