Operate and maintain Urschel machine used in processing (cutting vegetables, cheese, eggs, etc.) ingredients for mixing the production of Mrs. Gerry’s salads.

What You’ll Do

As our Urschel Operator, you’ll:

• Know and follow HACCP program.
• Know and follow all Food Safety procedures.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Wear all required personal protective equipment. For more information see policy.
  • Assemble and sanitize Urschel machine.
  • Know cuts of products to go into the salads.
  • Maintain accurate production records.

 What You Bring to the Table

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.   No prior experience or training is necessary, although it is preferred.
