Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 7+ years of experience in Project Management within the Industrial Construction industry.
2. Proven experience in estimating.
3. Strong knowledge of cold storage details, equipment, and safety standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Establishing project budgets and approving material and labor budgets, as required. Estimate and generate change orders. Review invoices and manage estimates, schedules, and reports as needed. 
2. Tracking budgets and project costs from the initial phase to completion of the project.
3. Completing a checklist of project milestones and completion dates.
4. Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams, specifications, proposals, and contractual documentation.
5. Maintain the necessary records for preparing, processing, and maintaining the projects' files, correspondence, schedules, reports, and billing.
6. Communicate effectively with field supervisors, craft/tradesmen, and office personnel routinely on project progress. 
7. Develop and maintain subcontractor relationships.
8. Conduct site visits during construction to coordinate manpower and materials.
9. Attend project and scheduling meetings.
10. Participate in all required safety activities. Promote safety in all aspects of the project.
11. Work with and through others to accomplish Project, Departmental, and Corporate goals.
12.  Assist the  Business Development and Client Manager in business-related activities.

13. Represents the highest standard of professional conduct with other groups, department members and clients.
14. Basic understanding of workflows and how all departments work together to complete projects.

Physical Requirements:

1. Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, climbing ladders, and climbing stairs (high rooftops included).
2. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.
3. Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods (while working on job sites, driving, etc.). 
4. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
