Location: Remote (U.S. based)
Employment Type: Contract (Project-based, typically 3–4 months)

As a Consultant at Spyglass MTG you will be working on projects to develop Microsoft technology focused solutions for a variety of clients in industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Manufacturing and Higher Education. Our office is located in Lincoln, RI, however our clients are typically located in the Greater Boston and New England area. As a Sr. Power Platform and SharePoint Developer, you will be working in a team environment that consists of Spyglass and Client members.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Sr. Power Platform and SharePoint Developer to assist with Microsoft 365 Business Process Management and Automation (BPM / BPA) projects. These engagements typically involve building custom forms and user interfaces, workflows, automating SharePoint site creation, and integrating reporting and compliance tools using Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform technologies. You’ll work closely with architects, analysts, and client stakeholders to deliver solutions that streamline operations and improve governance.

What You’ll Do 

• Build and configure Power Apps canvas apps to support business process automation 
• Design and develop scalable SharePoint Online solutions including lists, libraries, content types, and site templates 
• Develop Power Automate flows to automate processes, orchestrate provisioning, workflow duplication, and reporting setup 
• Parameterize and template flows for reuse across multiple environments or site instances 
• Integrate Power Automate with Azure Logic Apps, PowerShell scripts, and Microsoft Graph API 
• Conduct unit testing and assist with integration testing to ensure reliability and performance 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical implementation with business requirements 
• Participate in sprint planning, demos, and reviews as part of an agile delivery team 
• Support troubleshooting, refinement, and documentation of flows and app components      

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing with Power Apps and Power Automate in enterprise environments 
• Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, site provisioning patterns, and governance best practices 
• Experience designing and implementing SharePoint lists, libraries, views, and content types 
• Proficiency in environment variables, dynamic connectors, and flow templating 
• Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, PnP PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API is a plus 
• Solid understanding of unit testing practices and debugging techniques for Power Platform solutions 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote agile team 
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail 
• U.S. work authorization required 

Nice to Have 

• Experience in regulated industries or professional services environments 
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Microsoft 365
