 Position Summary:

Join our team and be the first smile our guests see! We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and service-minded Bellman to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and provide safe transportation in hotel vehicles.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Transport luggage and explain room features.
• Provide directions and answer guest questions.
• Safely drive guests to off-site locations.
• Support teammates to deliver gracious hospitality.

What We’re Looking For

• Genuine passion for hospitality and helping others.
• Clear communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift, carry, and transport luggage and other items up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and assisting guests for extended periods of time.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
• Must be able to operate hotel vehicles safely and responsibly at all times.
