B2B Sales Head - Personal HealthJob Description
You are responsible for
- Manages three pillars of B2B sales
- Government Business-CSD/CPC/INCS Cross promotion/ Strategic Alliances Rewards/Gifting
- Creates a strong funnel of orders to ensure future business.
- Manage a team Assistant Managers/Deputy Managers.
- Sells assigned portfolio of products, negotiating with clients, generating leads, and managing sales of products.
- Achieving established revenue growth expectations, and achievement of monthly/quarter/annual selling out target.
- Conduct monthly/quarterly/annual business review with in his/her respected area.
- Responsible for developing business partnership with customers, focusing on developing consultative sales partnerships with the customers
- Sell according to prices agreed, and in accordance with commercial policy
- Effectively work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Account reconciliations and balance confirmations to be done on a monthly basis for all the customers.
- Give training to sales people.
