Brand Manager, Neuromodulators
We are seeking a Brand Manager, Neuromodulators to join our Aesthetics team based in North Sydney.
This is a 12-month parental leave cover role, offering the opportunity to work on our latest innovation in aesthetics, launched earlier in 2025.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the execution of brand strategy and continued launch activity for a Neuromodulator.
• Develop and implement the annual brand plan, including tactical marketing initiatives.
• Manage agency relationships and oversee development of promotional and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
• Monitor sales performance, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine brand strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years’ brand management experience, ideally in aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
• Strong project management skills with experience implementing brand strategies.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and P&L.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
