Casual Hourly Rate: $35.35 – $43.54 (WT 2.1 to 3.4 + 25% casual loading)
Busy Bees at Banksia is a 77-place service that welcomes you with beautifully designed rooms, plenty of natural resources and exciting learning opportunities for children aged birth to five years. Conveniently located on Fairywren St, you’ll find Busy Bees at Banksia Grove nestled away in a quiet residential estate close to public transport, primary schools and natural parklands.
Your Impact as a Casual Educator:
Step into different rooms and support permanent staff with daily routines and transitions
Deliver and assist with play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
Bring enthusiasm and adaptability to each shift
What You’ll Bring :
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
Knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams
Current WA WWCC Working with Children Check (Employee)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
