About the Role 

As an Organisational Development Business Partner for the ANZ region, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our people connect, grow, and thrive. You will design and deliver initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, build an engaged and collaborative culture, and enable organisational effectiveness. From employee engagement and performance enablement to leadership development and change programs, you will drive meaningful outcomes that enhance both people and business performance.

 

Role Responsibilities 

 

  • Lead engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives that build belonging, strengthen culture, and connect employees to the organisation’s purpose. 

  • Enable organisational success by partnering with HR and leaders to build capability, lead performance campaigns, and use insights to drive continuous improvement. 

  • Design and support change initiatives with clear communication and engagement strategies that drive successful adoption. 

  • Create and deliver leadership and talent programs that build future-ready capabilities. Partner to identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent. 

  • Lead internal communications by creating clear, engaging strategies, partnering with executives, and facilitating forums that drive alignment, transparency, and collaboration. 

Role Requirements 

 

  • Proven experience in organisational development, learning & development, or a related HR discipline. 

  • Strong facilitation and/or instructional design skills, with experience engaging diverse audiences. 

  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives in engagement, performance, leadership, and change management. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with credibility at executive and senior levels. 

  • Experience designing and delivering internal communication strategies that build clarity and alignment. 

  • Data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into practical actions that drive impact. 

  • Collaborative, curious, and inclusive mindset, with a passion for creating positive employee experiences. 

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Psychology, Business, or related field (desirable).
