Operations Insights Analyst (6 Month Max Term)

Our Operations Insights Analyst conducts detailed analysis of operational data, including fulfillment center performance, delivery metrics, and vendor/seller efficiency.

About the role..

• Analyze large operational datasets (FC performance, delivery metrics, vendor efficiency etc) and deliver clear recommendations.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting in Looker and ensure adoption.
• Provide ad hoc and deep-dive analyses to Ops, Logistics, Delivery, Vendor Mgmt, and CS.
• Identify process inefficiencies and support rollout of improved tools/workflows.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance; run regular audits.
• Partner with Data Eng/IT for reliable data access and integrations.
• Influences operations strategy, service delivery, cost optimization, process improvements.

What you’ll bring..

• 3–6 years in analytics/BI/operations analytics (or equivalent experience).
• Strong SQL; GCP/BigQuery; Looker for dashboards/visualizations.
• Proficiency in a scripting language such as AppScript or Python is a plus.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, business-impacting insights.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Working knowledge of e-commerce operations (fulfillment, logistics, delivery).
