Now Hiring: Program Manager – The Village

Location: Winter Park, Florida
Status: Full-Time, Exempt

Pay: Starting at $1,923.08 bi-weekly or $50K annually (More for relative experience and education above what is required.) 



At IMPOWER’s Village, we help young people transition into independent living with confidence, skills, and support. We’re searching for a Program Manager who can combine heart, hustle, and leadership to oversee the day-to-day operations of our transitional and independent living program.



What You’ll Do

  • Foster a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for youth as they work toward independence. 
  • Monitor performance, report data, and maintaining compliance with IMPOWER’s policies and regulations.
  • Partner with volunteers, community agencies, and local organizations to expand resources, identify funding opportunities, and advocate for youth services.
  • Support and mentor youth through educational, vocational, and life skills goals. 
  • Keep the program fiscally sound and facilities running smoothly.
  • Represent IMPOWER as a trusted advocate and community leader. 



What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services (or related field).
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience (with at least 1 year in supervisory role). 
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to inspire teams and work collaboratively.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse populations.
  • Organizational wizardry and sound judgment.
  • Valid FL driver’s license, auto insurance, and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
  • Ability to pass a Level II background check and pre-employment drug screen.
