Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of Treasury Management Solutions Analyst at our Dallas, TX location. 

The strategic function of the Treasury Management Solutions Analyst (TMSA) role is to support the overall business development activities of the Treasury Management Officers and Markets.  Primary areas of focus will be to drive business development tactics, leverage portfolio analytics to maximize client revenue growth. 

• TMSA’s are responsible for collecting and distributing data to the Treasury Management Officers and leadership on a monthly basis. They obtain data from various sources and manipulate it into specific reports  
• Responsible for conducting client demos, collaborating with Treasury Management Officers and Bankers. This involves pre-call planning with internal team to understand the client’s business, key players and scope of opportunity. 
• Responsible for the creation of pricing proformas, proposals and relationship reviews for the Treasury Management Officers.
• Maintain effective business relationships, strong collaboration, and effective communication with those to whom business is conducted, including Treasury Management Officers and Leadership
• Responsible for meeting deadline and exceeding in SLA driven tasks. 
• Continuously discover new and more efficient ways of completing tasks and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a working understanding of Treasury solutions, procedures, and applicable banking regulations 
• Participate in monthly meetings with management to engage in set questions, provide feedback, and seek on-going growth and development from management
• Perform the job in accordance with applicable industry laws and regulations as well as the policies and procedures established by the company.
• Responsible for upholding Fair and Responsible Banking practices and Code of Ethics and Conduct guidelines.
• Understand and participate in the Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Sales preferred (or equivalent work experience required)
• Strong attention to detail, oral presentation and written communication skills required
• Excellent knowledge of PC/Internet (including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word & Excel) required
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking skills, organizational skills, work ethic and attitude
• Self-Starter, takes initiative and has an intellectual curiosity
• Superb team skills and supportive to other teammates and groups
• Excellent relationship management skills - managing relationships across a variety of internal cross functional departments 
• Willingness to learn negotiation along with active listening skills
