HTS is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to lead our therapy team at a highly rated continuing care retirement community in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This role offers the opportunity to oversee the community’s speech therapy caseload for a majority of the work hours while also performing Lead Therapist duties. Treat a diverse caseload from short term rehab, long term care, assisted/independent living and memory care.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide high-quality speech and language therapy to residents in a supportive environment.
· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
· Lead Therapist duties include attending facility and team meetings, following up on therapy referrals, planning minutes and reporting any issues to Regional Director.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam. Applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
