Photographer & Studio Manager
Four Marketing is a leading fashion agency, based in Kings Cross, London, which works with an impressive range of groundbreaking brands. We offer a 360-degree service, linking wholesale, design, e-commerce and retail.
We’re looking for a photographer to lead our in-house photography studio which captures a mix of campaign, flat lay, stylised still life, e-commerce on body and BTS assets, across our brands.
What you’ll do:
- Shoot campaigns, lookbooks, e-comm, still life, social & BTS content across a range of brands.
- Arrange model castings.
- Arrange and undertake location recces.
- Manage the studio — scheduling, equipment management, setup, casting and shoot flow.
- Collaborate with stylists, designers, and the creative and marketing teams.
- Lead assistants/freelancers and keep shoots on track.
- Manage contracting / agreements.
- Ensure effective digital storage and dissemination of all assets.
- Devise and execute campaign proposals.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong portfolio in fashion photography, ideally with experience in working in a studio and running external location shoots.
- Experience in setting up lighting and backdrops.
- Technically proficient in capturing & editing (Capture One, Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Experience in managing retouch of flat lays, campaign and model shots.
- Experience in model casting.
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.
- A positive, collaborative presence.
- Experience of digital asset management.
- Experience in video capture is a bonus.
