Job Purpose
The Senior Art Director plays a pivotal role in shaping concept-led ideas that drive both strategy and creativity across the business. Combining visual craft with smart storytelling, they lead the development of campaigns and platforms that resonate culturally and strategically, while mentoring others and setting a high creative standard. By bridging originality, clarity, and craft, the role ensures our work not only connects emotionally but delivers real impact for clients.
Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
Creative Concepting & Campaign Development
Leading big ideas from concept to execution across brand platforms, integrated campaigns, and digital activations.
Organic growth (Art Direction & QC)
Shaping visual language, directing shoots, overseeing design, and ensuring quality across formats.
Internal Collaboration & Client Engagement
Working with Strategy, presenting innovation ideas, engaging clients during development.
Mentoring & Team Development
Supporting and guiding junior creatives, raising the creative standard.
Exploring Trends & Creative Tech
Cultural shifts, emerging tools, and technologies to bring fresh, innovative thinking into the work.
Skills
Required Skills and Experience
- Ideate and creative development of campaigns and platforms from idea to execution with an understanding and appreciation of associated strategy.
- Art direct across formats. From campaign to brand identities and film to digital content and social storytelling.
- Write with flair. Comfortable capturing headlines and hooks as well as visual thinking.
- Mentor and support junior creatives, raising the standard through feedback and direction.
Essential that the candidate holds
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma is a bonus)
- Solid knowledge of Motion, video production and photography and interest in new tools/ creative tech including AI workflows.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in design, Visual Communication, Fine Art, or a related field - but career switchers with relevant skills and passion are warmly welcomed

Essential:
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with strategy, accounts, and production teams. A collaborative mindset, with a low tolerance for creative ego.
Desirable:
- Background in innovation, experiential, or emerging tech-led creative projects.
- Familiarity with pitching and presenting to senior clients or stakeholders.
