(2025-26) Middle School Head Soccer Coach presso Chattanooga Preparatory School

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Organize, supervise, and lead all middle school soccer practices and games.
• Implement age-appropriate training and conditioning programs beginning in December.
• Teach fundamental soccer skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Ensure player safety and adherence to school and TMSAA guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, teachers, and administration.
• Oversee student eligibility, academic accountability, and physical requirements.
• Coordinate with the Athletic Director on scheduling, facilities, and equipment needs.
• Model professional behavior, punctuality, and respect in all aspects of the program.

Qualifications:

• Prior coaching or playing experience in soccer (middle school or higher preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop young athletes both on and off the field.
• Must pass background check and meet all school/league requirements.

Please note this is a stipended, 1099 position. Must have availability beginning in December for conditioning with a season from March-May 2026. Typical practices and games are between 4-8p.
