Position Overview:
We are hiring a full-time Team Lead - Nursing at our Philadelphia, PA distribution center. This role involves supervising a team responsible for:

• Receiving and processing incoming shipments

• Handling store replenishment and pre-purchase orders

• Fulfilling customer pick tickets

Additional duties include operating silk screen and embroidery machines. This position plays a vital role in ensuring timely order fulfillment, particularly during the high-demand back-to-school season.

• Prior experience leading a team of 10+ associates is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift items weighing over 50 pounds

• Able to stand for extended periods

• Comfortable climbing ladders and lifting boxes

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English

• Willingness to work Saturdays and overtime during peak season (August-September) is preferred
