The Vice President, Managed Care & Property and Casualty, is responsible for driving growth and managing high-impact strategic partnerships across the managed care and casualty ecosystem. This includes workers’ compensation payors, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), auto casualty carriers, third-party administrators (TPAs), risk pools, medical bill review entities, and large employers.


This role is focused on delivering innovative, compliant, and outcomes-driven solutions that align with client needs in clinical services, cost containment, and claims management. The VP will develop and execute strategic initiatives that expand the company’s footprint in the workers’ compensation and property casualty sectors.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead business development initiatives focused on workers’ comp and casualty sectors
  2. Cultivate partnerships with insurers, risk managers, TPAs, and large employers
  3. Identify opportunities for bundled services across clinical and claims services
  4. Guide proposal strategy, pricing models, and client solution design
  5. Stay current on industry regulations, reimbursement trends, and pain points
  6. Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure service quality and retention

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years in workers’ compensation, insurance, or healthcare business development
  2. Strong understanding of claims workflows, compliance, and employer risk needs
  3. Proven success closing large-scale employer or insurer accounts
  4. Bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred
  5. Excellent leadership, relationship-building, and market insight

Ability to Travel: Up to 70% of the time

Location: The position is remote with flexibility based on company policies and business needs

Position Demands: This position requires sitting, bending, and stooping for up to 8 hours per day in an office setting. Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 10 lbs. Ability to learn technical material. The person in this position occasionally needs to move about inside the office to access filing cabinets, office machinery, etc. Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine, printer, etc. The person in this position frequently communicates with guests, employees, and vendors and must be able to exchange accurate information.
