Summary of Job Duties:
- Must be able to perform assembly tasks based on standardized work instructions in allotted time cycles.
- Must be able to use a pallet jack as needed when moving products.
- Must be able to reassemble components into subassemblies or finished products at any workstation at a productive pace.
- Must remain flexible and willing to learn about or move into other positions within this business unit.
- Capable of learning to read Bill of Materials listings to pull necessary component parts for assembly.
- May be required to use quality measurement tools (i.e., plug gages, depth gages, calipers, etc.).
Work Experience:
- Work in a manufacturing atmosphere is preferred but not required.
Summary of Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift 40-50lbs as needed.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work effectively in a team setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication are critical to this role.
