Physician Liaison – Queens and Long Island
 
The Physician Liaison is responsible for driving growth within Spear’s Queens and Long Island clinics. The physician liaison works within the Business Development team to establish and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital networks, local businesses, schools, and community members. The physician liaison works closely with Spear clinic directors, physical and occupational therapists, the business development team, and marketing team to strategize and support Spear’s efforts to grow and thrive.  


Organization Structure and Interfaces
  • Primary interfaces: Director of Business Development, Physicians, Clinical Directors, Therapist team, VP of Business Development & Marketing
  • Reports to: Director of Business Development  
  • Location:  Hybrid with the expectation of: 
  • -3-4 days traveling in the field per week
    -1-2 days/week at HQ 

    Position Requirements: 
  • 4+ year of relevant experience in Queens/Long Island
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Licensed Physical Therapist/ Occupational Therapist Preferred
