- Lead Complex Case Management: Handle Fair Work claims, anti-discrimination matters, and other sensitive ER cases with confidence and care.
- Advise and Influence: Provide pragmatic, commercially-minded advice to leaders and stakeholders across the business.
- Navigate Industrial Reform: Stay ahead of legislative changes and ensure compliance with pay and entitlements.
- Coach and Collaborate: Support junior team members and contribute to strategic project work.
- Drive Positive Outcomes: Help foster a workplace culture built on fairness, respect, and continuous improvement.
About You
You bring 8–10 years of experience in a dedicated Employee or Workplace Relations role within HR, along with:
- Deep knowledge of the Australian Workplace Relations System and employment legislation.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organisation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects with precision.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
