Job Summary:

We are looking for a Reports Specialist who will be responsible for receiving and handling sensitive information that is reported to the department. After investigating, you will determine how to best handle the situation without any bias. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Route and handle all incoming reports

• Study each circumstance reported and identify areas for improvement  

• Escalate concerning information to the Inspections Manager

• Maintain the reports database

• Spot systematic issues and problem-solve to make them more efficient and effective

• Ability to work independently as well as with a team

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Pay: $15.00 per hour to $17.00 per hour + Commission & Bonuses

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Work Location: St. George, Utah
