Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
As part of BILL’s Accountant Growth Marketing team, this position plays a vital role in executing tactical marketing programs that drive audience engagement and support revenue growth. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented coordinator to help manage and deliver our email sponsorship, content syndication, and newsletter programs. The right candidate thrives on managing deadlines, coordinating cross-functional contributions, and ensuring flawless execution of marketing initiatives that build brand presence and expand audience reach. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver consistent, data-driven marketing campaigns and administrative support.
- Manage the execution of email sponsorship and content syndication programs, ensuring every detail from logistics to approvals is handled efficiently.
- Curate and assemble the monthly company newsletter, coordinating content contributions and maintaining brand consistency.
- Research and recommend targeted publishers and advertising channels to broaden audience reach and optimize spend.
- Support additional marketing-related administrative tasks such as importing contact lists and fulfilling gift card requests.
- Track program timelines, deadlines, and performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to the marketing leadership team.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and external partners to ensure seamless program execution.
- Maintain detailed documentation of workflows and continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
- Collaborate with your manager to help set goals, track ROI, and align marketing activities with broader company revenue objectives.
- Build a deep understanding of the company’s brand, products, and target audiences to effectively communicate messaging through all campaigns and channels.
- Support communications around upcoming product releases, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure accurate and timely messaging as needed.

Have 2-4 years of experience in growth marketing or similar role who has:
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong accuracy in managing deliverables and timelines
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and maintain up-to-date calendars
- Experience in marketing coordination, project management, or similar roles
- Strong research skills to identify and evaluate publishers and marketing opportunities
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with basic list data management and occasional administrative tasks like gift card fulfillment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
