WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE

As a Shipping Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring all orders are shipped on time and accurately by managing order logistics, verifying product availability, and keeping ERP systems updated. You will support the shipping department by processing assigned sales orders, coordinating with internal teams to reduce inventory shortages, and managing documentation like pick tickets, labels, BOLs, and invoices. You’ll monitor inventory arrivals, address backorders, and find opportunities to improve shipment timeliness.

In addition, you’ll:

• Load/unload trailers and complete the related paperwork.
• Monitor inventory and expired materials, coordinate cycle counts, and make necessary ERP adjustments.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy in conjunction with accounting.
• Train other employees and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Occasionally assist with picking and packing orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and SOPs.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SHIPPING COORDINATOR 

• High school diploma with 1–2 years of related experience, or equivalent education/experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar required)
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to work both independently and in a team
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and self-motivation with a focus on task completion
  • Familiarity with warehouse processes: picking, packing, labeling, and inventory movement
  • Experience with BOL creation, invoicing, labeling, and order finalization
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with GMP/SOP procedures
  • Experience working in environments with allergens (preferred)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 75 lbs. with assistance
  • Stamina to stand, walk, lift, and move products throughout shifts
