Allworld Project Management (AWPM) is an Engineering & Construction Project Management Firm on a mission “to exceed client's expectations by delivering value added solutions one task at a time.” We are looking to add a Construction Inspector to our dynamic team. AWPM is based in Downtown Memphis, TN, with offices in Houston, TX and Birmingham, AL. This position is full-time onsite in Memphis, TN at the various project locations.

About the Role
As a Fiber to the Home Installer, you’ll bring high-speed internet directly to people’s homes. This is hands-on, steady work that follows clear steps and safety standards. You’ll use tools, equipment, and your mechanical skills to install fiber optic cables--both overhead and underground--and make sure everything is tested and working correctly.

Key Responsibilities
- Install aerial and direct-bury fiber optic drop cables to homes and small businesses
- Operate ladders, climbing gear, trenchers, and boring tools for installations
- Mount conduit, hardware, and Fiber NIDs on residential structures
- Perform signal testing and troubleshoot pathways as needed
- Follow all safety regulations, codes, and utility standards
- Work outdoors, independently or as part of a crew
Qualifications (Training Provided)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools and outdoor work
- Willingness to learn fiber optic installation methods
- Prior experience in any hands-on trade or mechanical role is a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform overhead work
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
