Zeelo is hiring a VP of Sales for the US, who will build, scale, and lead Zeelo’s sales team in our biggest growth market.   Reporting to the global CRO, you will play a critical role in taking Zeelo from foundational early wins to repeatable, durable growth.

Zeelo is a high-performing scale-up, ready to define a category in employee transportation. You’ll be a hands-on leader in the trenches with your team, while also contributing to the strategy and building the foundations for long-term success. Strong organizational and time management skills will be essential to balancing near-term execution with scaling for the future.

What you'll do:

  • Revenue & Growth Ownership
    • Full accountability for delivering US revenue targets, pipeline creation, and margin growth.
    • Build and execute a vertical-focused B2B sales strategy (Logistics, Food Production, Manufacturing, Corporate).
    • Personally engage in strategic pursuits to win flagship accounts and accelerate credibility.
    • Build upon repeatable playbooks for prospecting, discovery, and deal execution.
    • Fully responsible for US retention and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery, retention, and expansion.
  • Build & Lead a High-Performing Team
    • Help get the existing AE team into hyper-growth mode, with an eye on continued headcount expansion.
    • Be in the trenches: join discovery calls, review pipeline, roleplay objections, and celebrate wins.
    • Create a culture that blends high performance with recognition, collaboration, and accountability.
    • Foster cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Product, and Operations.
  • Execute with Creativity & Scrappiness
    • Design and run scrappy plays that generate results and accelerate market traction.
    • Identify and develop partnerships that strengthen brand credibility and drive pipeline.
    • Influence product roadmap with US-specific market feedback.
  • Growth Stage Leadership
    • Represent Zeelo as the senior commercial leader in our US market.
    • Be a cultural carrier: instill Zeelo’s values of Trust, Efficiency and Drive
    • Balance immediate revenue delivery with scalable systems, processes, and team structures.
    • Collaborate with the global leadership team to shape Zeelo’s 5-year strategy.

  • Proven track record of building and leading sales teams in early-stage, high-growth B2B environments.
  • Hands-on, high-energy leader who thrives in the field and develops people through coaching.
  • Strong enterprise sales DNA with comfort selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills; able to prioritize and drive focus across multiple initiatives.
  • Scrappy and entrepreneurial: builds creative plays that drive results in a fast-moving environment.
  • Adheres to qualification methodologies (e.g., MEDDPIC) and structured sales frameworks to drive consistent performance.
  • Data-driven leader who uses metrics, pipeline hygiene, and analytics to guide decision-making and improve outcomes.
  • Balance of coach and cheerleader: drives performance while energizing and supporting the team.
