The Nail Technician is responsible for providing exceptional guest interactions while offering a full range of nail services in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide all nail treatments as outlined in the Keswick Hall Spa protocol manual.
- Explain and promote all spa and resort facilities, services and activities to guests, members and staff.
- Develop, implement and reinforce spa treatment protocols, ensuring the protocol handbook is up to date and accurate.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and make recommendations for maintenance. Report any needed repairs to Spa Supervisor/Director.
- Keep work area clean and neat at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Current and active Nail Technician or Cosmetology License from the State of Virginia.
- Ability to learn, remember and perform all nail treatments as outlined in the therapist protocol manual.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays, as needed.
