The Partnership Manager is responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with program and recruitment partners to support our work in recruitment, programs and visibility. Coordination of these programs will include phone, in person and email contact with partners; direct outreach efforts; administration of contracts; registration information; and payments to partners. Additionally, this role will monitor the quality of partner programs by reviewing participant surveys and directly communicating areas of improvement to partners. In some cases, the Partnership Manager will attend partner programs to ensure quality and organization.
Additionally, the Partnership Manager will support a range of administrative, data-based management and project coordination tasks to help the Mission Delivery team. This position will become an expert in Hybris and Girl Scout Events including supporting all program and camp set up/uploads, registration monitoring, coupon codes, program registration, trouble shooting and other supports to the both the Mission Delivery and Member Services teams. As needed, this staff member will also utilize other participant registration systems including, but not limited to, Eventbrite, GiveSmart and similar platforms.
This position is part of the Mission Delivery operations team and will support other operations, events, and logistics as needed.
Essential Qualifications for this position:
- 5 years or more of experience in program design or organization
- Experience and understanding of managing projects and tasks in simultaneous complex projects.
- Ability to integrate DEI into procedures and approaches.
- Experience in managing or working with volunteers.
- Valid driver’s license, car, and proof of current insurance.
- Experience coordinating and working with several different stakeholders and audiences
- Computer skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with databases. Use of Salesforce and Looker a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 25 pounds.
- Education – Bachelor’s Degree preferred, can be substituted for professional experience.

- Process-oriented, experience implementing system-wide improvements
- Ability to compel others and build consensus in a diverse setting
- Multi-level data management and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to take ownership and responsibility for all performance-related goals.
- Willing to work weekends and nights as necessary
Other:
- Hours of Work: office and meeting participation as required during regular office hours (M-F; hybrid schedule), evening and weekend hours expected
- This is a full-time position (35 hours/week)
- Some travel required
- Maintain Membership as a registered Girl Scout
