Account Manager presso Alera Group

• Manage Renewal and Service Processes: Handle pre-renewals, renewals, and policy servicing, including preparing applications, submitting to carriers, analyzing quotes, and reviewing policies and endorsements for accuracy.

• Client & Carrier Communication: Provide professional proposals, summaries, certificates, binders, invoices, and support on audits, COI compliance, and contract reviews; resolve complex service issues efficiently.

• Administrative & System Use: Utilize agency systems to manage workload, ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders, and maintain accurate documentation.

• Team Collaboration & Development: Participate in renewal meetings, assist with mentoring Account Assistants, and support team initiatives as assigned.

• Professional Development & Compliance: Maintain certifications, complete training, and stay current with carrier underwriting guidelines and procedures.

• 3+ years insurance experience
• 1+ years at the Account Manager level preferred
• Applicable state P&C Agents License
• Industry related certifications expected.
• College degree preferred, or equivalent experience

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $38 to $45 per hour.
