We are looking for a part-time Bookkeeper who wants more than just a job�someone who is ready to be part of a caring, faith-filled school family. This is a year-round position with the potential to grow into a full-time role in the future.

What You�ll Do

• Help keep our school running smoothly by recording deposits, assisting with billing, and paying vendors.

• Set up and maintain student and family accounts in FACTS.

• Partner with the principal and diocese to support the financial health of our school.

• Assist families with admissions and financial processes, always offering support and clarity.

• Manage scholarship programs from start to finish, including enrollment, payments, and audits.

• Answer questions with warmth and professionalism, providing guidance on school procedures.

• Prepare reports, communications, and other administrative tasks that support our mission.

What We�re Looking For

• Experience with ParishSoft, FACTS, and FACTS SIS (or willingness to learn quickly).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with everyday office equipment.

• At least one year of bookkeeping experience (school setting preferred).

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and clear communication.

• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

• A heart for Catholic education and, ideally, a practicing Catholic faith.

• Completion of Level II fingerprint background screening and Safe Environment training (required).
