Position Overview:
Experienced IT professional providing Tier 2 technical support across multiple regional and central office locations. Skilled in remote troubleshooting, hardware and software deployment, account administration, and ensuring compliance with organizational security policies while delivering high-quality customer service.
Duties:
Provide Tier 2 technical support to regional and central office locations, both remotely and on-site.
Document, diagnose, troubleshoot, configure, and install PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and software applications.
Perform desktop data migration, desktop moves, and printer troubleshooting and repair.
Utilize SCCM, PRTG, remote desktop, remote registry, Active Directory, command line, and PowerShell scripting to resolve technical issues.
Assist with computer deployments, including setup of new equipment and removal/surplus of outdated equipment.
Manage computer accounts, groups, mailboxes, resource accounts, and distribution lists using account management tools.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies, coordinating with security initiatives and analyzing their impact on operations.
Handle service requests through the ServiceNow support system, prioritize tasks, and make independent decisions to ensure optimal customer service.
Support SCCM deployment processes and configurations and manage server folder permissions and shares.
Required Skills:
2 years experience supporting end users in enterprise environments
