Job Title:  Inside Sales Support

Reports to: Inside Sales  Manager

Full-Time

Schedule: 40 hrs. Monday-Friday

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Support Team is a critical part of our operations and customer service team, providing behind-the-scenes support for our outside sales reps. This role focuses on accurate data entry, order management, shipping coordination, and exceptional internal customer service.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain sales orders with a high degree of accuracy
  • Monitor and manage order progress, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery
  • Coordinate with the shipping department to support order logistics
  • Provide responsive and solutions-oriented support to outside sales reps
  • Resolve issues related to orders, inventory, or shipping in a timely manner
  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to sales and logistics
  • Assist with generating reports for sales and operational tracking
  • Allocate firearms to appropriate orders and/or programs
  • Perform accurate order entry for various programs including Pro-Staff, Military/Law Enforcement (MI/LE), VIP, and Reward/Points programs
  • Process payments and ensure transaction accuracy
  • Maintain and update expired FFL (Federal Firearms License) records for applicable programs
