We’ve been serving families in Appleton and Hilbert since 1981, blending modern dentistry with a warm, family-centered environment. The practice is recently under new ownership and leadership! We welcomed Dr Jacci Belter to the practice just recently and are seeking growth hires to allow for a multi-provider practice. 

We’re seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of our practice. Working under the guidance of our Dental Practice Manager, you’ll support patients through every step of their visit—ensuring they feel seen, heard, and valued.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage scheduling of new patients, recalls, and treatment follow-ups
• Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and maintain accurate patient records
• Communicate treatment plans clearly and support patient understanding
• Use technology (dental software, tablets, digital forms) to streamline processes
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
• Collaborate with the Office Manager and clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
• Stay compliant with HIPAA and OSHA regulations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in dental front office, scheduling, or patient services preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new systems
• A compassionate, patient-first mindset
