The ETD Clearing Strategy & Solutions Manager is responsible for designing, driving, and executing the Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) Clearing strategy and growing the Calypso ETD Clearing business. This role requires a deep understanding of ETD clearing processes across FCMs and End Users, market trends, and digital clearing mechanisms.

  • Develop and implement an ETD Clearing strategy to enhance business growth and market position.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion within the ETD Clearing market.
  • Oversee the execution of ETD Clearing initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Own, run and manage the Go To Market for ETD Clearing within the Calypso Solution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align the ETD Clearing strategy with overall business objectives.
  • Manage the ETD Clearing P/L as we execute our growth in the business
  • Foster relationships with external partners, institutions, and stakeholders to present, pitch and promote the Calypso ETD Clearing services.
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements and best practices in the ETD Clearing domain to ensure the business remains at the forefront.

  • Bachelor’s degree. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing operations and initiatives in the ETD Clearing space.  
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end ETD clearing operations ideally within an FCM/Clearing Member environment.
  • An excellent understanding of technology solutions in ETD Clearing
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and market research.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Commercial and business awareness to drive sales success
  • Prior responsibility managing a P/L of a business

The base pay range for this role is $220,000 - $260,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
