POSITION DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the 3rd Shift Inventory Supervisor, the 3rd Shift Inventory Lead is responsible for conducting cycle counts and audits in our distribution facility. This position will oversee all inventory control initiatives, ensuring compliance with Solve’s established policies and objectives. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. **The 3rd shift schedule is Sunday - Thursday, 8:00p - 4:30a**
RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with Operations Leadership for all inventory related audits and maintain inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts/inventory adjustments, while maintaining documentation for each
- Analyze and investigate inventory discrepancies (root cause analysis). Implement corrective actions as needed to reduce/eliminate discrepancies
- Identify opportunities for improvement to current processes and contribute to the development of new initiatives
- Facilitate inventory placement/movement/consolidation through stock put-away/receipt
- Support Operations Leadership in overseeing, training and mentoring other Inventory Associates and in the absence of the Inventory Supervisor, support interim Supervisor responsibilities as needed
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- 3+ years experience in Warehousing and/or Inventory Control
- Ability to push, pull or lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficiency with computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook)
- Experience having worked with bearings and/or power transmission component parts
- Experience performing Cycle Counts/Physical Inventory
- Forklift Experience and Certification
