Job Description

Develop and implement strategies for continuous process improvement throughout the supply chain.Oversee inventory management practices, data analytics to enable inventory control and SLOB reduction. 
IBP Process Orchestration: Act as central POC for Integrated business Planning cycles meetingsRefresh FG and RM/PM inventory norms quarterly by using scientific methods. 
Refresh Production campaign sizes quarterly 
Design, model and prototype simulation models and algorithms to solve specific Supply Chain,Manufacturing, Inventory Management & Distribution problems. 
Application of Data & Analytics techniques to Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes. 
Evaluate and implement advanced technologies such as automation, artificial intelligence and data analytics to increase supply chain efficiency. 
Prepare regular reports and analysis to senior management, highlight supply chain performance, challenges and recommendations for improvement. 
Role is responsible for supporting & guide site teams in using data and metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimization efforts. 
Liaison between stakeholders to make projects successful from a business perspective. 
To focus on Planning solutions, MRP to achieve a defined business outcome, working with Interfaces, workflows and data management/data migration. 
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to keep the supply chain operations competitive and innovative. 
Lead MTP (Midterm planning) activity to assess production capacities for 5 years of demand projections. 

Work Experience

2-5 years of experience having knowledge of Supply Chain processes in manufacturing companies (e.g. FMCG, CPG, Pharma, Chemicals, etc.)  Experience (1-2 years) of Kinaxis solutions will be an advantage
