Job Overview

As a Project Manager at TMGM, you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering key projects that drive growth and efficiency within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects align with our strategic objectives and are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of internal cross-functional projects—such as system integrations, productivity tool rollouts, business enhancement. Ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with IT security, software engineering, operations, and other teams to gather project requirements and develop actionable plans.
  • Drive tracking, task allocation, and risk management across projects, proactively identifying and resolving blockages.
  • Act as the point of contact for key external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.
  • Draft and maintain essential project documents, including project board, requirement, change logs, and final reports.
  • Continuously improve project management practices to enhance team efficiency and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above (backgrounds in IT, BIS, or Cyber Security are a plus).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination or management, ideally with cross-team or company-wide initiatives.
  • Able to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin— comfortable leading meetings, writing documentation, and handling vendor coordination in both languages.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, reliable, and self-disciplined. Have interests in technology, and financial industry.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with common productivity tools (e.g., Jira, MS, AWS).
  • PMP or other project management certifications.
  • Working experience in IT Security or Web3 space is a plus.

Benefits

  • Celebrate your tenure with us! Receive generous milestone anniversary gifts that grow with each year of service.
  • Join a vibrant workplace culture with fantastic team-building activities, fostering camaraderie and collaboration among colleagues.
