Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Perform urgent, routine, and ad-hoc maintenance, repairs, and inspections of heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment
Ensure all HVAC plant, air conditioning units, package units, and heaters are fully operational
Review and provide feedback on HVAC/air-conditioning and electrical SOPs provided by C&W FM or Trade Services
Participate in the management of operational escalations
Complete and record Job Safety Analysis (JSA), SWMS, and client-required documentation prior to task commencement
Background and Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in HVAC maintenance
Proven ability in fault finding and diagnostics
Strong understanding of HVAC and electrical standards and regulations
Experience in building services maintenance
Vendor coordination experience
Open registration cabling licence (preferred)
Working at Heights and EWP licence (preferred)
Valid Construction Card
Qualifications & Technical Skills
Relevant trade qualification in HVAC/Refrigeration
Restricted or A Grade Electrical Licence
Valid Driver’s Licence
Australian Police Clearance
Familiarity with OH&S, risk management, environmental management, and quality assurance systems
Knowledge of legal requirements including Trade Practices Act, Fair Trading Act, and employment law
