We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Orthopaedic & Neurosurgical team at Cabrini Malvern. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centred environment, caring for individuals undergoing joint, spinal, and brain surgery.

About the 2 North Unit

Our 30-bed Orthopaedic & Neurosurgical ward (including a High Dependency Unit) specialises in:

• Elective joint replacements

• Lower limb trauma patients

• Spinal surgeries

• Craniotomies

• Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) procedures

We work closely with Neuro-Oncology and Allied Health teams to deliver integrated, holistic care.

What You’ll Bring

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a surgical/acute care setting

• Commitment to patient-centred care and clinical excellence

• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset

• Flexibility to work across a rotating 7-day roster

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A genuine alignment with Cabrini’s Mission and Values

• Previous Ortho and Neuro experience (preferred)
