Job Title:  Warehouse Assembler

Location:  Houston, TX (Onsite)

Position Summary

The Warehouse Assembler is responsible for the assembly, disassembly, and refurbishment of products, including returned units. This role ensures all products meet quality standards before being shipped to customers or returned to inventory. The position requires attention to detail, hands-on mechanical skills, and the ability to follow standardized procedures in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

·         Assemble new products according to work instructions, diagrams, and quality standards.

·         Disassemble returned or defective products for repair, refurbishment, or recycling.

·         Refurbish and recondition returned units to meet company quality standards.

·         Inspect products for defects or wear and determine necessary repairs or replacements.

·         Maintain accurate records of assembly, disassembly, and refurbishment activities.

·         Assist with inventory organization, including restocking refurbished products.

·         Ensure all tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained in safe and clean condition.

·         Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

·         Support other warehouse operations such as packaging, shipping, and receiving when required.

Qualifications

·         High school diploma or equivalent.

·         Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse operations preferred.

·         Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools safely.

·         Strong attention to detail and quality.

·         Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, or technical manuals.

·         Good organizational and time-management skills.

·         Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
