Registration Coordinator (Temporary) – Keep Our Operations Moving with Precision & Care!
Behind every smooth household goods move is a Registration Coordinator ensuring the details are accurate, timelines are met, and customers are supported every step of the way. As a Registration Coordinator (Temporary) at The Pasha Group, you’ll be the first point of contact for order registration and play a critical role in driving seamless logistics and customer satisfaction.
Your Mission: Accuracy, Service & Efficiency
- Be the First Step to Success – Register orders with accuracy and speed, initiating the transportation process that keeps relocations on track.
- Keep Customers Connected – Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and escalate issues promptly to ensure satisfaction at every stage.
- Master the Details – Enter, update, and audit shipment data across multiple systems, resolving errors before they impact operations.
- Support the Team – Provide administrative support through scanning, filing, distributing documents, and maintaining up-to-date logs and schedules.
- Drive Continuous Improvement – Share insights with leadership, help refine processes, and support departmental initiatives that raise service quality.
What You Bring to the Table
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or related coursework preferred.
- 2+ years of related experience with importing/exporting or logistics.
- Transportation (domestic or international) background preferred.
Skills & Strengths: - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) at a basic proficiency level.
- Strong data entry accuracy; 40 WPM typing speed and ten-key by touch.
- Excellent communication—clear, professional, and customer-focused.
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to thrive in both independent and team settings.
